I can,
I have used 4 public hacks within the time of starting CA.
I have used 1 VIP within the time of starting CA

I don't have proof, but think about it. I've been to 8-10 different hacking websites, and download every hack for CA that's public. Since CA first came out, about 30-40 per website, I can't do math, but I'm guessing that equals around 250, but some might have been duplicates. I dunno, people rename hacks and I downloaded them.

This is true but just saying you been to those sites doesn't mean you had used all the hacks in-game
