    Lmao! $2500 for a $1500 computer

Build your own bro. $1000 can buy you a decent case, hdd, motherboard, graphics card, and everything you need to build a kick ass computer...

    Alienware's owned by Dell
Get a regular iBuyPower one or customize yours there
    Or get a HP
Win7 64-bit allows basically all hacks

Get a custom built computer/laptop. They are much better than what you buy in those retailer shops and you can chose your specifications..

    uhh sooo the consensus is:
Not Vista, but win7 is good
Not Dell, but Alienware or Hp OR custom built
    and use a retailer?
oh and i have thanked i think everyone in the thread...

Yeah basically. I recommend custom build only though because it's a lot cheaper and even if you're getting high quality parts which would cost A LOT if you were buying alienware.

    WIN07 rapes vista so badly.
