    Even if it could be done there's no point.
    1. Its Server-sided: meaning only you see them as viper
    2. No effects if you want the speed of viper you might as well be speed hacking as for stamina you can get infinite at MPGH's V.I.P. hacks
    3.You cant use any spec weapons
    Anyways its just not worth the effort to make/find it. Remember to Check out the Mods section if you want to find avalible mods!
