Never know..some huge noobs, and kids, with a rich dad.
By seeing the way he was bidding, there are chances he was serious, I would have wait and don't worry about eBay; it take few days before they realise it's an account trust me, about 2-3 days usually.
That's why I always use Buy It Now (for eBay prohibitation) and "Immediate Payment" option (for "scammers", it's more like kids thinking they are "cool" to bid and don't pay after that); they must pay before the auction is listed as "End", very usefull.

List it again but as a buy it now with immediate payment, probably about $75 or $80.
I sold very fastly (min: few hours max: 2-3 days) and without problems, on eBay:

-Level 37 M134 retail 1,40 KD -> $100
-Level 21 nothing else -> $40
-Level 33 M134 retail -> $60
-Level 30 M134 retail 1,77 KD -> $49,99
-Level 11 AWM retail 2,65 KD many dinnars, premium active for 25+days -> $49,99

And few elses.
I'm still trying to find "the perfect" prices, cause that's all extremly too cheap, but I don't want eBay to cancel them (they said they could also lock accounts...hum..) so I try selling them as fast as possible at these low prices.
That was also with It's ok d00d selling his on eBay so I had to keep competitive prices (YOU BASTARD!!).

$75 buy it now seem the best you could have to sell it within 2-3 days.
