It works for alteriw. All you need to do is set knife to E. Its not that hard

Its not that they need new things because if you think about it if this is from 2 years ago and still works no need for anything new cause its good enough so unless we want VAC bans we use scripts and such from how i see it... No need for new things unless it actually new or a better method/ script
