Do you have a PSU power connector for the graphics card?
Right now I have a video card which can't run CA on lowest quality and its a piece of shit/yea
My dad said he would get a video card that was $100 or under./
Right now I'm looking at
Newegg.com - XFX HD-567X-YNFC Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity
but is there any other card this is near that price range that is better?

You will need more than a 350W to run most new cards
You really need a 650W these days although a 500W will be ok..
it might be a 650w i opened it up long while back when I got it, forgot what is it tho
Never even heard of Sapphire, stay away from cheap brands, you will regret it
Nvidia FTW
I suppose you prefer Intel over AMD as well? PC components really come down to personal preference,
I have been using Asus/Nvidia cards for over 15 years and I have never had one problem, cant argue with statistics
Intel is more power, but cost more. AMD is less power but less cost, AMD if you are trying to build a budget PC, Intel is when you want a powerhouse. As I said, ATI and Nvidia are on par, you cannot compare totally different series of cards if you're gonna compare statistics.
I need a new graphics card, yet my mother board can't surpass the one i'm currently running.
and I just bought a power supply.
