Right now I have a video card which can't run CA on lowest quality and its a piece of shit/yea
My dad said he would get a video card that was $100 or under./

    Right now I'm looking at
    Newegg.com - XFX HD-567X-YNFC Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity

You will need more than a 350W to run most new cards

You really need a 650W these days although a 500W will be ok..

Sapphire is probably the best Ati manufacturer, actually it is the leading manufacturer.

Oh ATI, that's why I have never heard of Sapphire, I thought ATI died in the 80s, people still use them?

I only use ASUS boards, Gigabyte if I really have to..

ATI is the company that DEVELOPES the graphics card, other company such as Power Color, Sapphire, Asus, BFG are the one who MANUFACTURES the card and sell them for retail. ATI is on par with Nvidia, so don't be a biased.

I suppose you prefer Intel over AMD as well? PC components really come down to personal preference,

I have been using Asus/Nvidia cards for over 15 years and I have never had one problem, cant argue with statistics

Intel is more power, but cost more. AMD is less power but less cost, AMD if you are trying to build a budget PC, Intel is when you want a powerhouse. As I said, ATI and Nvidia are on par, you cannot compare totally different series of cards if you're gonna compare statistics.
