No Sound Ingame

Many times when i join a game there's no sound, sometimes i can only hear the sound from one gun, sometimes the sound comes later on ingame and when i'm loading suddenly i hear gunfight, but then when the loading is done, i hear nothing.
How to fix this?

just leave the game and reenter until u got the sound

Well I will not rejoin a game, because it takes 1-5 min to load a game.

This is because of an ads voice from nexon. Heppened to me sometimes but I got the sound back in a few minutes.
