I want a usertitle similar in size to other usertitles such as Minion, Gmod, admin, etc.

If you could make it this color or anything close to it that'd be great:

I want the text to be EVIL (put a star of some sort here) NP.

I believe the dimensions for these kind of usertitles are: 152px × 22px

/ I just took a brush i found in the defaults and started plumping it everywhere
the 6 mini stars did no good so i pasted the white star i had on my clipboard already
and it was already aligned, i looked at it and was like:

this looks good
