Hi guy i would like to know if this graphics card could run Mw2 on even the lowest settings?

no man that graphic card is preety old. minimum is an nvidia Gforce 8500. get ps3 i recommend that because pc is full of mods,aimbotters,wallhackers.ps3 or xbox 360 is what i recommend.

Of course that graphic card can run Modern Warfare 2! The lowest is the ATI X1650. I'm running a HD4670 and I'm playing on the highest settings. I'm pretty sure the graphic card can play the game fine. My graphic card is not that new but Modern Warfare 2 keeps recommending the wrong settings (the lowest). You should go for a HD5xxx series card because they have DirectX11 support while the HD4xxx don't.

I recommand you to get at least 7800 GT or higher!
