You can play with a banned account on VAC2 disabled servers and 1.21 is detected if you use it to host (or randomly host. there's no difference)

No i only used v1.2 as i wasn't banned.

I'm Banned becaus modding on public using this, but now i host a few weeks zombie mod. But now if i start steam with this it does work. But then i start mw2 and steam closes and mw2 get's stuck. Any solutions or another ban by-passer? (Liberation 1.00 - 1.03 has Chect Detected)

You can't bypass the ban, but you can play in private matches using this or MW2 Liberation.

if even MW2 Liberation causes the "Cheat Detected" to pop up for you it's most likely that both this and MW2 Liberation gets blocked by your AV/DEP. Therefore they both can't work properly (even though the AV/DEP fools them and let's them think they works just fine) and you still get banned since the code is not being executed at all. (Because both SteamLoader (since v1.2) and MW2 Liberation remove the "Cheat Detected" message by default.

This strange behavior is known for some pirated Windows 7 versions (Especially "Tiny 7") (same with some versions of "Tiny XP").

ow, and the UAC also places some programs into a sandbox so they think they can access files properly, but instead they write to temporary files which will not affect the actual game/Steam

Well, you should close your anti-virus, but the AV shouldn't crash MW2..
