There might be a VAC2 issue in case you are HOSTING. If you are a client there is no problem at all.

If you are already VAC2 banned, you can also use this while hosting. It's not like you can get "ultra-banned" or whatever.

You can also use some of the console commands, like

g_speed 500 normal 190--- Do not use 1000 it will make you unable to play

When I run as admin it says steam has stopped running, thats after I closed it, used the hack, and it opens then closes. What do I do to fix this?

for not getting VAC2 banned SuperNova suggests using version 1.2. That one doesn't let you host games with the ability for VAC2 banned clients to join.
