Title/emblem unlocking won't lead to a ban if used properly. There are several stickies handling this.

Hmm.. i got banned because of an title emblem unlocker. And i followed the instructions, but i dont want to disscuss this here now. Usually u can get banned for hacking/cheating. You should always think about, that u could maybe get banned.

If you use stat unlocker or any other hack for stats, you need to use it in the menu inorder to be safe.
