Just started Ps but these are the results now

Not bad. Can't really make out the right side of his head to me.

Don't add so much effect on the render.
I mean, effects are nice,but don't over do it.
This is pretty good, but a bit monotone.
Read tuts, and you'll get better.

The render was way too sharp so i just did some artistic filters on it.

I first made the background and than choose a fitting render, this one fits quite well
