Go to config and open it with notepad go about 3/4s of the way and then look for this BOT_SPEED_1 = 1
BOT_SPEED_TICK_1 = 15
BOT_SPEED_2 = 1
BOT_SPEED_TICK_2 = 30

oh I would bold the esp box color, it's too faint when the target is far.

I think you change the size of it by this line in the config.

You can also force more solid colors. There is an automatic fading when players are distant. You can get more visible boxes like that (in config file):

FADE_MAX_ALPHA = 0x80

Sounds to me like you are closing the hack. Start the hack, then start the game, in windowed mode.
Or start the game in fullscreen then press Alt+Enter, then start the hack.
