Does z8 games help if your account was scammed?

My freind got his account scammed and wants to send a support ticket to Z8 telling them that it was "hacked" cuz he doesnt want to look stupid.
What could you tell them to convince them that it is YOUR account and that whoever has, it stole it.
i told him u just need to tell them the original username/password before they stole it, but he doesnt think thats enough anyone know more ways to convince them?

yea they helped me get my account back after it got scammed. it took a while though. sucks for me tho, the guy stole zp using my account. it got banned now and i can only use it if i pay back the amount he stole, which was $765

sadly enough the dumb ass doesnt even remember his own email, if he did he could just use the "did you forget username/password/SQ" thing, if u put it there it sends u all the info. He makes so many alts he doesnt even know his mains email.

well first you tell them the scenario obviously. but dont say you were trading. say something like your little brother and you share an account, and someone on cf was offering to give zp and he fell for it. so now youre trying to get your account back. tell them the security pw, the login id, the day the account was crated, if you know it, and also if you bought zp on the account, send them 2 transaction ids. they should be in your email inbox.

well he did it a while ago and told them this basically :
the account was hacked, blah blah, and told them the original pw and username before it was changed, and the SQ and answer, he only bought zp ounce and it was 10 bucks and he deleted the email cuz he bought it a year ago... u think thats enough?

tell them the info they need they will tell u the info if you contact them ull have it back in a matter of no time
