cant apply clan

hello i'm having this problem since about 3 months .

the problem is when i try apply any clan it shows me a loing page then i login but it shows me again and nothing happens i'm already logged in but it shows me this

1)Try deleting cookies
2)Restart your computer, then apply.
3 Level up once then try applying.
P.S.Using a different browser would help to.
Post again after trying these

Here is a solution, Login before you click on the clan page, it will work trust me, I had this problem

mmm i'm using firefox but its the same when i try in other navigator(internet explorer 8) or in other computer , in other account and its the same
