Sound is absolutely GONE

Ok, title says it all, my sound just disappeared..
I can't give an exact date to this because I honestly don't know when it started.
I use Turtle Beach Gaming Headphones and can't hear anything besides Vent Chatter.
I found a fix for about 6-7 month's called Freedompeace's Unpatchable Hack's and I don't know how; but sound worked on that.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 6-7 times in the past 2 month's but it won't work.



If ANYONE and I MEAN ANYONE has a fix to this, please post it here.

Try other earphones/headphones/headsets etc;
if that doesn't work, does TurtleBeach need a driver update?
----besides that, your sound card could be failing (if it happens with all earphones)
Go to TurtleBeach's website and file a ticket/support/read the troubleshooting whatever you can find that is officially written by the creators of your...headset.
