What about this:
At the end of the desert thunder mission, the helicopter you see in the sky gets shot down and you have to get to the crash site (which is the Sand Hog map). There are several paths to the crash site and once the crash site is secure, you have to go into the near by building and search for survivors. Then an onslaught of Somalis will come for about 10 waves or so. Then after thats done, a convoy will come through and then you have to man the .50 cal MG and kill enemies trying to stop you.

SplinterCell style going in, Full on asault going out. Group of Military Sec Ops go in to an underground base. They gotta locate the "Top Secret Technology." Bring the tech back home. Start point, they have to sneak in without getting caught. After they get the tech an alarm goes off and the whole base attacks them... The rest you can figure out... They gotta battle their way back out... O.o

I had an idea awhile ago where you need to escort the president/a president to a pickup area.
Two teams, secret service / terrorists.
SS team gets specific weapons, the president is randomly chosen and gets a pistol.
Terrorists also get specific weapons like AK / RPGs / LAWs.
The president has increased AP and players don't respawn.

The terrorists win by killing the president and the SS win by getting the president to the pickup area or killing the terrorists. Somewhat like fireteam except it's players instead of NPCs.

I have another idea. One where you can only have a maximum of 5 people. What you need to do.
First, get past the barracks while your NPC team sets charges on the front wall. Next, NPC team will breach the front wall of the enemy base, while you, the human players, must sneak around using the cliff's edge. You must then search for a prisoner and rescue him. Then it turns out the prisoner isn't there, and the enemy set a trap, and there is only 5 minutes to escape. The way you came explodes leaving a wall of rubble, and you must find your way out. But there's a problem, the enemy opened the cells of the test subjects, and you must eliminate them on your way out. At the end of the mission, it shows your team running out and the base exploding.

You have a "Helicopter HP/Armor" and during the flight terrorists will shoot at you (Then are on buidings down to you) . Every time that some one shoot at you; you'll loose 1-3 hp . If there is no more hp; the helicopter will explode & you'll die . Someone will pilot and the 7 others will kill the terrorists & they'll all have a law/rpg & unlimited bullets .

Make it more CS like, I know there's bombing run and SnD but, well it dont feel the same... it needs to have better maps... Also, rather than a C4 bomb, why not a Nuclear Warherd

heres an idea: 2 teams, Ambush and Escort, and you have one VIP on the escort side, the escort sides objective is to escrot the VIP to the heli pad on the roof of a hospital while the ambush side i trying to kill you and the VIP, i like this
