u extract the files using winrar and then put the files on your injector/yea

good hack, was a lil bit laggy at first, but its a good hack

not patched.. im on xp 32 bit, and it works fine for me. try a diff injector

ok an injector is somthing that you can use to "inject" a hack into a game which in this case is combat arms. download perx injector (look it up on google) run it as an administrator. in the box that says Guns.exe delete guns and replace it with Engine so it should say Engine.exe. then push the brows button look for the dll (the hack) which you should have extracted first and select the dll once you can see it is on the list and auto inject is on run combat arms normally and it should work
