OMG OMG WTF! HELP PLEASE

okay so i was playing ca spy hunt then suddenly i start talking when im not even typing anything. at first i said "mm dick" and i was like wtf and thought it was a glitch. a minute later i said "mhh i like big juicy dicks" when i didnt even type anything. weird thing is the chat box thing when you press enter didnt even come up. and some weird things were happening in game too, like my sniper would zoom in real slow, or anything that can zoom would zoom in like 3x slower. these weird things just started happening today, and i havent downloaded anything for the past 3-5 days so i dont know. i just did a scan a day ago with avast and it didnt get anything

is this a virus? should i reformat?
2 days ago someone in ca told me they were gonna ip hack me, is this what it does? can this person see all my info?

what should i do?

no i dont use teamviewer and i dont know any coders or have downloaded any hack except for vip.

all of those things just started happening today. and i just figured out that when my weapons arent glitched i dont talk but when they do get glitched i randomly talk, besides when i would randomly talk no one else was talking just me and none of the other players in the room
