General
Make sure that you have the game in running and in windowed mode first, then run Launcher.bat or LauncherNoSoF.bat and then it should work!
EDIT - Just tried the External ESP with my AutoQS program and it's working fine...
Maybe it's because I'm running Windows 7 or are you talking about the aimbot and the program working together?

I have tried running it even without the External Box ESP and I am still having problems, yet the autohotkey seems to be functioning correctly outside MW2. Hmm.
