Go to the steam folder than Go to these folders: "Steamapps>Common>Players>Config_mp.cfg"

Open Config_mp.cfg with wordpad and press crtl f search for Fullscreen then change the "0" to "1".

it does but it doesnt at the same time all you have to do is edit the script or something and change iw4mp.exe to dat (there is already iw4mp.dat but since there is a iw4mp.exe in alteriwnet it doesnt work)

*sigh* I will have to somehow fix that but I'm not sure how I would go about that..
Since I do personally don't have AlterIW myself, I'm not sure what I can do about it.

However, you might want to try this temporary solution:
Replace the first 26 lines with this:

CrosshairAdjust = 11

Process, wait, iw4mp.exe, 0.1

If that doesn't work, try changing iw4mp.exe to iw4mp.dat.
