Run it as admin.

And make sure your binds are right.

Left click = Fire
Right click = Scope

And press the wheel button for quickscope.

Then i don't know what i'm doing wrong cause it doesn't work , crosshair appeared for a few moments then disapeared

Edit: do i need to run the .bat after or before i enter a game ?

No, drawing functions and overlay functions do not work in fullscreen mode. What that means is the crosshair doesn't work in fullscreen but the auto quick-scope still does.
