In call of duty four there is no such thing as prestige hack on ps3 you can only get a xp lobby wich is allmost the same but they are pretty rare what they do is you enter the hoster game kill someone quit prestige come back rekill someone leave prestige etc..

good luck finding someone hosting

oh and you need to bypass the patch to enter the lobby
