Because they are adding quite alot of crap to Combat Arms. Trying yo make better graphics, weapons, appearance..etc

Hence, more FPS.

yea format the drive and reinstall the OS. Just make sure you have all your re installation files first. This is a true test of a computer. After a certain time of installing and uninstalling crappola a PC just starts to dive into a a pit without a ladder.

IMO, I just bought an Acer and I get no lag at all; plus I run Gamebooster and I CCleaned this laptop 6-7 times.

I reinstall my computer once every three months. I hate general computer slowness. I have around 30 computer networks varying from 10 to 100 PC's. Unfortunately do to that my PC becomes a installation test bunny almost daily. One thing i have noticed there is no cure to a PC performance like a fresh windows install.
