IMPORTNANT FIX for AlterIWnet users:
Go to mw2 directory and change iw4mp.dat to iw4mp.exe
This is extremely easy! U have to put uPnP on only and rename!
(If you change iw4mp.dat to iw4mp.exe you cannot receive anymore updates from AlterIWnet, so be sure to back it up)

Hey guys, sometimes when it says Strict, sometimes it actually acts like Open. Happend to me. have strict NAT on steam. although i still can host SPEC OPS etc.

Yeah, I mean I always had Open NAT when playing on Steam's MW2, but for some reason, AlterIWNet was reading my NAT as Strict (but it wouldn't let me host anything...).
This renaming fix just helped with renaming the NAT from Strict to Open (still wouldn't let me host anything though).

With netgear routers u can just login, set to open and then wait like 20 secs and then its open, way easier.
