[SOLVED] Map error

I keep getting map errors with all the old maps and not with map pack 1 it says map blabla is diffrent fro mthe server.
I have had this more ut then i just went to graphics 800x600 and then it would work but this time it aint working are there any solutions for this?

What version of the game do you have?
Steam or aIW?

Ok.
I thought the aIW automatically downloaded the one everyone used, so if you downloaded it with there shitty p2p, you should of had no problem.
If you downloaded it from a different source, that may be the problem.

I suggest you re download the patch and start again.
Enjoy the next 24 hours of your life by waiting for a download :P

i got normale iw but i got 1 banned acc and 1 acc with russian so i use my banend to patch and put them over i got like 1.202 or what is it 2 days ago i had no problem

You have steam 1.2.208.
What you should do.

1: Right click on modern warfare 2 multiplayer in steam.
2: Click properties
3: Go to the Local Files tab
4: Click Verify Integrity Of Game Cache...
5: Download a more updated version of the map pack.
6: Reinstall
7: Either post back here or enjoy your h4x0rz on the new map pack.

You probably didn't let it go all the way. It takes a long time for it to verify.
