Removing textures.

Hi guys. I'm legit, i don't hack, i'm a Cross Fire player, i'm in a clan since 1 week, i'm new, i bought Scar-H, DE, i love the game ! I got a new Keyboard, Mouse.. I have a low ping of 18. But.. My fps fails ! 20-40.. I remember when i was playing Combat Arms i removed Textures.rez from the folder and i had good fps !

I'd like to remove the textures files from my folder to have a better game experience by improving my FPS. Sorry for begging like a kiddo, but you guys are haxors, you know how teh game works. I'd like you guys to explain me what to do and what files to move to get me good fps in Clan Wars and in Pub !

I use Ccleaner, my comp is virus free, i tried stuffs.. So i think i have to try to remove textures. Thanks for your answers guys !!

crossfire's .rez files are encrypted im pretty sure. i've tried modding textures before and i couldn't find a program that would properly unpack the files, i used dragon unpacker and it supports aloooot of files but could not unpack crossfire's.

I don't think so. My windows is clean, no viruses. No bullshit on startup, no adwares, no pop-ups, no toolbars.. My drivers are at the last version. What to do now dudez ? :O

um punch your computer and say " HEY! give me a better FPS or ill destroy you!" then do like an evil laugh or something. start up crossfire and play :3

Okay, This is always the first step you should take, Its Simple but you haven't mentioned doing it...

Did You LOWER the graphics and resolutions ? Ect...
Because while you can't remove them (As far as I know) You can lower them by clicking Options on the top right corner while In Lobby.

gamebooster is crap it doesnt work for my comp my comp needs a CPU upgrade its so old

Same here Hahne ! I got a freaking old cpu and a agp card so i can't upgrade anything.. suckz..
