[Release] Scar l Blue Camo

I have also added a Silencer in with the Scar, for a bonus.
The Silencer gets injected into GUNS_T_PV_OPTION.
When playing combat arms the silencer you want is S1 Suppressor.

The scar is a bit too colorful, and the ACR seems a bit useless.
It's not necessary to put [RELEASE] as your tags.
I believe the only pre-tags should be:
