Section isn't going to get fixed as dave doesn't get anything out of it. All his requests in it get ignored, and it's filled with shit.
GFX team are just users with a coloured name they can't do shit, only Doc can and he isn't the most active member.
This section has been trying to get fixed for over a year, and nothing has changed, despite the different formats.

K..well we can all sit around being pussies and whining about it..
Or we can do something.
Make some suggestions.
Not everyone in the gfx section is useless.
And honestly, why does Dave get brought into the whole gfx section convo?
Dave shouldn't even have to be bothered with the section..
Not unless he decided to hold some event that would also benefit himself.
Otherwise, The gfx team should be handling it.
We don't need fancy prizes and shit.
If you're just entering sotw's
and not bothering to be active other than just that..
You're in the gfx area for the wrong reason.
You'll never get good that way.

Also. 95% of other gfx sites only offer elaborate prizes like maybe once a year.I do think there should be 2 more people on the gfx team. Or at least Jr's
Ali was perm banned, and Heath is MIA. Ryan is a busy dude.

This time around the people chosen should be active.
Like I said before, I have a lot of ideas
and I've been known to sponsor events with nice prizes every now and again.
That's about all I gots to say about that.

Good ideas, mostly done before though.
But there was a time with 5 people on the team and no difference was made, about a year ago the whole team was revamped with active members, who were chosen, and it made no difference.
Thats why people like Czar, and Greg rarely even come to this section anymore, ask Syn himself, nothings going to change.

Unless you can convince someone like Liz and Endrit, who aren't going to take any shit to full time moniter this section, then i wish you the best of luck

The only way this section can change is if almost every end user of this section gets involved and actually do something about it. The GFX Team aren't the only ones that can do contests or change the section. Each one of you are welcome to try something new. You only need me to sticky and close things when needed. Or ban someone that is being a hassle and hindering everyday processes or disobeying the rules.

If you can think if something new and you think you guys can run it without me being here then you have my full support.

Naww hes been here a while and he's cool. And he's just saying what Dave thinks. I can see both your point. The GFX Team is more or less Dave's decision. The state of the section is governed by us though.
