[LM] Combat Arms | Halo Sniper revamp v3.
Finally releasing, comes with Sound Effects and my own edited scope.
(don't ask for Mini-Chams, I deleted and took them off, not using them ever again)
Took me over a week to finish from v1 to v3 because I was: lazy, busy, laggy, and just plain lazy.
