okay, to use the autoquest(!squest on),
buy lots of pages that fit your level,
create a private room with a password,
change the game mode to quest,
then type in the command(!squest on) while you're still in the game lobby.

it does the quest for you.
i don't know if it works 100% though..
because everytime the portal opens on the first round,
gunz crashes on me.

Well, if I'm thinking of the the right dll you should type !unique and that should enable Antonios hotkeys or something, at that point it should work.
