HELP Can't Login to NExon Plug

I can't login to nexon plug look on this:

Make sure you have typed your username and password correctly. Close and reopen Nexon Plug then try to login again. If non of that works then reboot your PC.

Have you tired uninstalling and reinstalling Nexon Plug?

Edit 2: i have unistalling and installing nexon plug and nothing i can't login

i cant login too :S can some budy help me i rebot my compyter and made anthor account but didnt work maybe its misiing fils 4 fils mising
1 of thim names config or somthing and more 3 fils maybe thats problem
