I think for a good Sustainable server for a lot of people costs around 150 bucks...

My server in swat costed 50 bucks, but hey....its SWAT not mw2...so i dont know, i just really hope this thing works out

Considering the servers are fully loaded i doubt he'll let us.

That's not the problem. The problem is getting a reliable standalone server.

We don't have to REALLY rely on them.
All we need is to have a small team of members willing to run the server overnight. While the team is hosting, you can think about setting up donations and setting up your own server.

The server application will run over the net without the anti-cheat.
And the banning works too. All that needs to be done is testing how well everything works, adding more features, upgrading the old ones, and setting up a server, either on MPGH or elsewhere.

You have to take into account different timezones and ping. Running a home server is incredibly inefficient.

But it won't do that. IWnet doesn't, Alter doesn't and chances are this won't either. In fact I haven't seen a matchmaking system that does.
