NEW POLICIES:
In light of the new, popular "method" of scamming via PayPal charge-backs, I've taken the liberty to call my PayPal agent to discuss my options regarding digital property. Here are my new policies:

• Assuming I am playing the role of the seller, I will in ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCES send first UNLESS you are a close friend of mine, or you have more positive feedback than I do.

• If you are new to the forum or are simply oblivious to what I do for a living, let me state this very clearly: I HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON SCAMMING. Let [SG]xPieKia's situation be a warning for ALL OF YOU. He tried to scam me of $65 via PayPal. Needless to say, after 2.5 weeks of brutal harassment (getting his address, etc) and putting the threat of legal action at his very doorstep, I've forced him to pay the full $65 as well as a hefty late fee for wasting my time. If you have any intention of scamming me or charging back your money via PayPal, let me make this loud and clear: I HAVE EVERY INTENTION OF GETTING THE MONEY THAT I AM OWED (and this includes the late fee of $15 per 48 hours that my payment is not in my PayPal account, starting from the very minute you attempt a charge back. And considering PayPal disputes generally last up to 2 weeks, that's a lot of money you'll be owing me, which I have every intention of receiving. This isn't even accounting for the slight off-chance that I decide to pursue the issue outside of PayPal...That would add up to months of late fees, which I plan on collecting).

• With that being said, let me also make this new rule loud and clear: If I have ANY suspicion whatsoever regarding your trustworthiness, I reserve the right to sell it to you under the condition that you legally forfeit your right to file a claim or to charge back your payment (I'll explain how this will be done and how it will play out when the time comes). I've spoken to my PayPal agent already and I've been authorized to do this.

• The above rule regarding forfeiting your right to file a claim will not only apply if I have any doubts about your payment, but also if the total payment totals $100 USD or more.

• By conducting business with me on this site, you are agreeing with the terms and conditions set forth by me, and understand the consequences of attempting to scam me. Your initial payment to my PayPal account constitutes a legal confirmation that you are putting your trust in me, and that you are entering into any and all transactions with me under the premise that you know that I have no intention (nor need) of scamming you.

• I reserve the right to alter the policies with or without notice. Scammers (the good ones at least) know how to adapt and find loopholes, even when forced into legal agreements. Therefore it is only fair that I'm allowed to do the same.

• Almost forgot to mention: If you're under the age of 18 in the USA (or the age that defines you as a legal adult in your main country of residence), I have every right to request (and if you decline, I will do the equivalent of subpoenaing it, which forces you to provide it to me, under penalty) the contact information of your parents, and they will be pulled into this mess, because the responsibility will now lie on them. So if you're not even an adult and you're going to try to play games with me, it's your parents who will be suffering along with you (They'll also be the ones providing me the money I'm owed, along with my late-fee rate of $15 per 48 hours that my PayPal funds are held).
