But really, all hacks are illegal. Simple as that. And if you don't view the KDR of the enemy player then it's not theft. It's hacking, if it was theft then it would also display the kdr. Seeing as it does NOT do that, we are not hacking this item, we are hacking the client, or whatever normally gets hacked. But all hacks ARE illegal. It's as simple as that.

ive had this discussion in teh past multiple times when ppl are complaining about there not being a respawn for fireteam in teh VIP hacks, its cause of respawn tokens which make it theft and makes it ilegal

When you're hacking in the game, with ANY HACK, you're breaching Nexon Contract and you're breaking the law, that is a illegal, when Nexon said, "Don't use hacks on our game." And you click on "I AGREE" You agreed to abid by the contract.

When you break that contract, you revoked your rights to use that game, and when you revoked your right to use that game, you're illegally using that game with an invalid contract.

Alright. What about the TOS. Have you ever actually read that? How about the law, have you ever actually paid attention to that? There are so many things that can be put against hacking. Nexon CAN sue every single hacker out there, but they don't because it would take to much time. If you put something in a TOS, and people agree to that TOS, and you have proof of it. You take whatever punishments are stated in the TOS. As long as the punishment is within legal limits. Nexon's Punishment is whatever the law says. Which means you can be sued. Yes, using respawn in fireteam is theft.

We werent talkin about the esp health bar, we were talking about a hack that practically gives u the item without u having to buy it.(By that i mean having the functions of the item without having the item itself.)
