Well as B4M said, it might not work. There are other XUID unban tutorials/tools but I don't think they work. So the only option you have is to probably wait for MPGHNet to finish.

Just look in the MW2 Tutorials section, there should be some tutorials about changing your MAC adress (so your XUID).

It doesn't work anymore.

The only think that really works it's changing both OS and IP.
