No, the redistributable package does not install Visual Studio.

Never said it did. What I mean is, when you download and install Visual Studio, you get the Redistributable package.

Visual Studios comes with the Visual C++ Redistributable (2008) package.

Well, it looks like we both made some logical misteaks here :P

I meant to say that Visual Studio is not included with the redist.

You're right, the redistributable package does come with VS/C++, but just so everyone knows, this does not mean you need Visual Studio. Just so no one spends hours downloading gigabytes of data to realize they didn't need to

i think it changes the prices of the weps so you can buy them with like 1GP idk

Actually I believe what it does is creates guns ingame and drops them all infront of you so that you can choose any gun you want ingame. One of the VIP's has it, can't remember which.

Yup, that will also be necessary.

Oh, I think I also figured out why the hack menu is messed up.

Earlier today while I was playing my first round, everything was working fine, as usual. I accidentally pressed the start button on my keyboard, which brought me to the desktop. So I alt+tabbed back into combat arms, and suddenly, the hack menu was black again!

I think what you need to do is re-attach it to the graphics device, or what ever, when the game starts again.
