    Huh... Does MPGH only give CA Hacks only to VIPS? :/
    And if not, than is there a hack where I can get the Black HiSec key? Or any other kind of hack?

    Public Hacks : Released to the public, there are at least 4 released every week or two.
    VIP Hacks : People buy them.... then they become VIP.
    Staff get VIP for their services of MPGH.

    you can't 'GAIN' items with a hack...

    You can not gain items by using hacks. If you can, it'd be in EVERY VIP and thered be heaps of "User has gained a PErm Item" stuffs
