    woh sorry but it can be disabled whatever you want just uncheck the "Check For Mod Package Update" and NO MORE AUTO UPDATE!!!!
    ps.
    this is not totally a "auto" cuz only if you click in "Update" it will check for updates! if you dont click on it it will not update! or if you unckeck that and its OK!
