Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test , use this to find out if your internet it good on not. if the first one isnt above 6k then cf not recamanded.

a way to fix lag is open task manager = alt+ctrl+del

end task all the useless junk theres usually lots.

its probally not ur internet but ur cpu if u can buy sum mre ram (kind of cost) or if ur cpu if older than lk 2002-03 buy a new one xD

Try Disabling Firewall and antivirus also i recommend donwload GameBooster!
