sure u can just use the console commands, if a bad connection is the problem try removing ur router and use a direct connection with ur modem!

no cant be ur graphics, just try the once in the quote and only them and try and search a game mod with the most players, so u will find more people in ur "network" / ping zone (50ms). u can change gametypes/gamemodes whatever u wanna call it when the game is started, just restart map after that and u should be good to go
