C++ or Delphi would be the best choice.
Delphi is easier to learn, but powerful as C++ is.

But beware, you would need do all by yourself if you choose delphi. There is nearly no delphi sourcecode for CA and COD. But if you really want to learn, then choose delphi.

C++ is the way to go for game hacking. Also get C++ primers edition, just use the search button there is an eBook on the forums somewhere.

ofcourse not the only way, but for gamehack purposes it's imo the best way to go since most SDK's are written in C++, and there's tons of public sources to look at.

I never said it was the ONLY way I said it's the way to go as in it's the right direction. I've never used Delphi but I've always wanted to try it.
