Make sure when you type Engine.exe to make sure Engine is spelled with a capitol E, or it won't inject, oh and if you have windows Vista, or windows 7, run PerX as administrator.

Alright now I messed up for some reason. Can you tell me the steps as you would see it through my eyes? So far I have the PerX thing I wrote Engine.exe (I ran it as Admin of course) ticked Automatically next to how to inject down at browse I looked for the no loader dll file and ran Combat Arms as admin. Is that it?

After you disable your AV, delete your download and re-download. Then try again. If all does not work... destroy your computer with a blow torch and wait for it to be RMA'd by your probable crappy tech support for your computer company.
