Cannot Delete WinRezLT?

Alright, I try to delete the folder WinRezLT from BlackAngels, and then a pop-up error comes up saying something like: Cannot Delete WinRezLTSH.dll: Access Denied. Please help!

if your running Windows 7 or Vista maybe you need to take owner ship of the folder itself to delete it that could be the problem if you still need my help PM me your TV info or post it here and i'll be glad to help you

Okay, I tried deleting the folder again, it deleted everything else EXCEPT WinRezLTSH.dll AND the WinRezLT folder, please help. Windows Vista, and I have the same problem on my XP computer. Please help! Thanks!
