I voted no because there are so many K2 spies that moniter this site for hacks, UCE's etc, that it would just get detected.

Make a high post Requirment
Minimum amount person has been thanked requirment
people must pm to get the password for the zip/rar w/e
u need to login on the actual progam itself (meaning mpgh users only)

could be a good idea. but i think you should have to show yourself worthy of a UCE. like knowing what to do with the addresses you find.
Side-note: anybody know an updated UCE making tutorial
