Google the .dll it says that is missing, download it, then put it into your combat arms folder.

umm... hack patched? casue when i inject it and shows the screen loading it just closes up. any help?

It's patched. Wait for Blood to update it.
The prob. is you are probably not closing your injector when it injects
cause when you leave it open then CA just closes after loading
