Not gonna happen
Nexon dont give a SHIT about hack sites
Well I was board so I was thinking. Say you owned a hacking website, and you got sued by nexon as well as ending up in court. What would be 3 reasons why you should not get in trouble for creating hacks for combat arms, and what are 3 reasons you should get in trouble.
Please DONT Spam this post. if you don't got a reply that has to do with this speicifc topic don't post it here! don't post "Hey nice sig", or "Welcome back" STAY ON TOPIC.
I DID NOT ASK IF IT "WOULD HAPPEN"..I SAID "IF" THEN HOW WOULD YOU DEFEND YOUR SELF

One of their strong points they would probably use against you is that you're risking people's safety/identity online. Don't ask me how though. /
Most of the hackers Are the one buying Nexon cash to look more legit...
So Nexon Dont Care...
If they cared they would Get rid of hackshield...
If I read over their Tos and all listed rules, I can probably find a loophole.
With Liz studying as a lawyer, im sure, if she had the time, and the thought of doing so, she can easily find great rebuttals, and loopholes.
1. I did not decompile code myself, I received my VIP code from a unknown source.
2. I never agreed to the terms of service, therefore I'm not bound to it in any legal way.
3. Visiting my site as Nexon Staff is against TOS which you automatically agreed upon once visiting my site.
Sorta lame reasons... If I read the TOS a little more carefully I think I would of came up with better loop-holes
Any donations would help

Well heres mine..What I would say....to defend my self
1. The hacks I create are for development, and a learning experience for my users.
2. This sentece is clearly stated in their TOS
However if you read nexons full TOS they clearly state..Code:We have no liability for "hacking".
Code:While using the Service and Software, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take any actions we deem necessary and appropriate to preserve the integrity of the Service and Software. We further reserve the right to determine what conduct is outside the "spirit" of the Service and games provided therein. While using the Service, you agree not to: *Modify the Software, Cash Items or the Service to change "game play," including, without limitation, creating cheats and/or hacks or using third-party software to access files in the Software or Service;
If it's "not going to happen" or "Nexon doesn't care", then why did two rival sites have to go to court and stop making hacks?
Thats not gonna happen.

Who is nexon?

Just because you never read something, doesn't mean your out of it.
Basic knowledge, you should know that by the time you're AT LEAST 15.
You did already agree to it.
and when it comes to US laws, as a US citizen you're automatically under the jurisdiction of your parents, if you're under 18, and if you break any laws, the excuse; I DIDNT NO, doesn't get you out of shit.
with that being said, things like this are illegal.
But nexon doesn't want to waste their time with hackers I believe, because in the end, it strengthens their awareness and preparation to get rid of hackers and modders.
