You mean you only have multiplayer mw2? If you downloaded aIW's mw2 package you're only going to have multiplayer, they didn't package SP with it.

Otherwise, if you have the original version or something try using the search function on your computer and look for iw4sp.exe , I believe that is the program for single player.

We have a iw4sp.exe that enables singleplayer with alterIWnet - but I don't think I can link to it because of forum rules. Take a look at my xfire patcher in the downloads section, there's a link to it in the version history notes.
