Because people say they are good animes, they aren't.

In relative terms, they are like how twilight was.

The book was ok(manga in this case) but the movie(anime) is just shit by any critical standpoint.

Naruto/Bleach also have this insane amount of easy to pick flaws. Half the episodes are fillers, and to be honest, the both shows really don't have much of anything people look for in an anime.

... people like different things:
i can be a narufag... like they say cauze even if i quit for a while and i know there are fillers i still watch it. + bleach i guess too... cauze i could skip like from 63 to 174 nah just watched over 100 eps extra <- these where possible skips :| with the vampires... or what was it bount(o)? and ten the series with the little hime that wont listen.

fair enough, I wouldn't know about twilight as I've steered clear of the films but i get your points, and I don't have the time (or patience) to watch the anime(should really have made that clear) so i was mostly on about the manga
